Overview
- Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, CyberGeekPC ships all items within two days of receiving an order.
- Please understand that for safety reasons, CyberGeekPC is not allowed to change shipping addresses.
- For orders that have already been shipped, please contact the carrier directly.
- For orders that have not yet been shipped, please cancel the order and place another order with the correct shipping information.
- You will receive notification of any delays or cancellations of your order.
- Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@cybergeekpc.com
- Put Cancellation Request in the subject.
- Please include your order number
- Feel free to call if you have any other questions regarding your cancellation.
- If your order has already been shipped, customer can refuse the package, and the refund will be applied once the refused package has been delivered to our warehouse.
- Estimate domestic delivery period will be around 2 to 7 days, depending on selected shipping method.
Product items must be packed in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection) and include all original tags. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection most likely will arrive scuffed and will be returned to the customer.
Shipping Method Explanation
Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We usually ship from our warehouse at 13 Garabedian - Unit C, Salem, NH 03079, United States.
Fast Standard Shipping
- Delivery typically in one to five business days after shipment.
Second Day
- Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Thursday, it will arrive on Monday of the following week.
Next Day
- Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

When you place an order on geekompc.com, you will receive a shipping information email automatically from GEEKOM. And customers also can track the order through the button “TRACK”.

Order Cancellation
If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
PO Boxes
Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.
APO
We are sorry but we do not ship to APO address.
Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service from New Hampshire. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders shipping to these locations cannot be expedited.
International Orders
International Buyers – Please Note:
When ordering from CyberGeekPC, buyers are responsible for confirming that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and for completing customs clearance. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office prior to placing an order to determine any additional costs.

Hazardous Items
Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. Hazardous items will be clearly identified during the shopping process.
Damaged Goods
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact CyberGeekPC customer service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but CyberGeekPC will assist customer s with these claims to the best of its ability.
